Audit Committee

COMPOSITION

The Audit Committee consists of three members, comprised of independent directors of Horng Tong Enterprise Co., Ltd.and not have less than three members of which one shall be the committee chair. At least one member must have expertise in accounting or finance. The term of office for a committee member is to be the same as that of independent director.
